Having grown up in Utah, Eric Saxey knew from his early years at the U of U that he wanted to be a homebuilder focused on the upper end of the market. Everest Builders was formed in 2002 by Eric, Licensed General Contractor and Developer, which began from modest beginnings of building a few “spec” homes to buying land and developing / building large multifamily communities.
Eric has always focused on creating highly efficient, spacious and architecturally appealing communities throughout the Salt Lake Valley, with his eye now also on Utah, Davis and other surrounding counties to Salt Lake. Eric’s career began in 1995 with the framing of hundreds of Single Family Homes throughout the local area. These were followed by the Eight Multifamily Residential Communities that he has Developed and Built, with the Five that he Developed and Built solo presented above.

Buildings Just for You
Everest Builders offers construction and general contractor services for multifamily residential communities. Can also assist Landowners with comprehensive Site Planning, Permitting and Acquisition of all necessary government and utility approvals on a fee basis.
Everest can also assist with a Landowners’ site analysis in terms of developing an understanding of their property’s particular highest and best use, etc. Everest also has interest in potential Joint Venture opportunities with Landowners, in place of a fee, in select circumstances.
